He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eldon, Betty Pontious (Elliott) of Garnett, Hubert and Juanita Farrar (Cunningham) of Garnett; his father Dennis Farrar; and his uncle Gary Farrar.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Farrar (Swonger); his children, Elizabeth Marie "Lizzy" and Austin James Farrar; his mother Nancy Pontious Farrar of Topeka, Kansas; his siblings, Stacey Farrar Noll of Nortonville, Kristin Farrar Butscle of Topeka, Kansas and Heath Wayne Farrar (Brenna) of Overland Park, Kansas; and his aunts, Debbie Farrar Hirt and Linda L. Pontious Umbarger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great- nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Chad's funeral expenses or to Elizabeth and Austin's Education Fund made payable to Robin Farrar and left in the care of the funeral home.
