He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel P Beachy and Malinda Beachy (Yoder); his wife Ellen; and his siblings, Melvin (Cora Beachy), Edna Mae (Amos Miller), Elizan (Perry Yoder) and Susie (Ira Thomas).
He is survived by: his daughters, Luane Yoder (Don) of Hutchinson, KS, Lanita Yoder (Aaron) of Manhattan, KS, Loretta Stutzman (Brian) of Leon, IA and Diane Van Laar (Brandon) of Decatur, IA; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Emily Yoder, Reese, Annelise, Kyson, Dawson Yoder, Ridge, Kylie and Miya Stutzman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
