She is survived by: her husband Rex Wilper; her children, Steven Wilper (Melanie) of New Smyrna Beach and Sarah Burkhart (Andrew) of Garnett, Kansas; her grandchildren, Zachary Wilper (Hanah), Charlie Covert, Istonia Luttrell, Damion Hulcy and Hunter Wilper; her great grandchildren, Oakley and Rhett Wilper; her sisters, Shirley Hart and Molly Jessee; and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Powls and Wilma Powls. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
