With sadness, we share the passing of Hilda Lankard (Garnett, Kansas). Hilda, born on October 4, 1933, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ed Rockers and Lena Rockers (Wolken); her husband Donald Glen Lankard; and her children, Glenda, Janet, Nancy, Helen and Don Jr. Hilda. She was also cherished by neighbors, friends.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (32292 NE Norton Rd, Garnett, KS 66032). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Angels Cemetery (27554 NE Neosho Rd, Garnett, KS 66032).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Boniface or WINGS and can be left in the care of the funeral home.
