She is survived by: her children, Vicky Alcock (Steve) of Frisco, TX and Mike Dunaway (Terri) of Wichita, KS; her stepchildren, Cheryl Detwiler (Mike) of Ottawa, KS, Cathy Brummell (Dave) of Garnett, KS, Jeff Fail of Garnett, KS, Paula Mader (Fred) of Ottawa, KS and Mark Fail (Jeanne) of Independence, MO; and her siblings, Gary Haines (Golda) of Mustang, OK and Marilyn Sue Cushman (Ken) of Chanute, KS. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; and 20 step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
