He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Blubaugh and Minnie Blubaugh (Krause); and his siblings, Robert, Ralph, Raymond, Russ Blubaugh and Lois Nilges.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hiestand; his children, Cheryl (Steve Sublett) of Daytona Beach, Cindy (Jim Mersman) of Garnett and Rodney Blubaugh of Spring Hill, Kansas; and his sister Norma Jean Nilges of Garnett. He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Always and Furever of Miami County or Prairie Wind Hospice and left in care of the funeral home.
