With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Roger C. Hastert of Garnett, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Elizabeth Hastert (Olsen) and Christopher Hastert; and his siblings, Robert Hastert and Donna Behlau. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hastert; his sons, Brad Hastert (Karen) of Emporia, Bryan Hastert (Kim) of Overland Park and Steven Hastert (Jennifer) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Regan Thomas (Christian), Brent Hastert, Grace Hastert, Christopher Hastert, Andrew Hastert, Noah Hastert, Karsyn Hastert and Chase Hastert; his great grandchild Marlowe Thomas; and his brother Dale Hastert of Garnett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service - Garnett (219 S Oak St, Garnett, KS 66032).
Memorial contributions may be made to Garnett Country Club, and left in care of the funeral home.
