He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Collins and Edna Collins (Bell); and his siblings, Becky Lynn Collins, Kevin Wesley and Gary Lee Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Collins (Jilissa) of Garnett, April Collins of Richmond, Tammy Harwood of Garnett, Michelle Moyer of Welda and Rodney Moyer (Kirsten) of Fort Walton, Florida; his grandchildren, Gaven, Bree, Cayden, Gracee Collins, Conner, Reagan, Collin, Carter Slyter, Hannah Bell, Nala, Piper Harwood, Shelby Prater (Clayton), Dominique, Damon, Emily, Danicka, Jerricka, Madi and Heather Moyer; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Oliver and Houstyn; and his siblings, Arla Walton of Ridgely, Cathy Wilson of Garnett, Kenny Collins (Nancy) of Lane, Wanda Westphalen (Dean) of Kearney, Clayton Collins of Garnett and Tim Collins of Garnett, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service - Garnett (219 S Oak St, Garnett, KS 66032). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett, Kansas.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Croix Hospice and can be left in the care of the funeral home.
