He is survived by: his wife Winnie Faye Pack; his children, Brenda Faye Treiber, Johnny Ray Pack (Carol) and Christina Lou Westhoff (Harold); his siblings, Larry Pack and Gwin Driskill; and his grandchildren, Jimmy Aikins, Hannah Davis, Shawn Treiber, Kerri Treiber, Randall Treiber, Travis Pack, Gina Baugher, Denny Pack, Amber Borror, Wyatt Westhoff and Sylvester Westhoff (Wade).
