With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sonja L. (Anderson) Tersinar (Girard, Kansas), who passed away on August 4, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Sonja L.'s spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anderson and Doris Anderson (King) of Hepler; her nephew Todd Anderson of Colorado; and her in-laws, August and Ruth Tersinar of Farlington.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Tersinar (Karla) of Hepler and Gary Tersinar (Debbie) of Mounds, OK; and her brother Phillip Anderson (Shirley) of Heavener, OK.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
