He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Edwin McMillan and Barbara Ann McMillan (Hopper); his brother Edwin McMillan; his grandchildren, Tristan McMillan, Rylan McMillan and Brady McMillan; his siblings-in-law, Gary Liby, Matthew Motis and Carrie Liby; and his nephew Jason Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Liby of Glasco; his sons, Lee McMillan (Ingrid) and Jerod McMillan (Sam); his siblings, Deborah Scott (Gary), Rhonda Motis, William McMillan (Elesa) and David McMillan; and his siblings-in-law, David Liby, Scott Liby (Tracy Davis), Becky Nopens (Chris), Patty Darnall and Jenny Liby.
Memorials may be given to the Randall Community Center.
