It is with sadness that the passing of Shirley Hayden of Glen Elder, Kansas is shared. Shirley, born on March 31, 1936, passed away on July 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovid Gray and Mable Gray (Lawson); her daughter Linda Hohner; her daughter-in-law Helen Hayden; her great grandchild Katie Hayden; her siblings, Doris Cataldi (Paul), Ruth Pritchett (David), Mildred Rush (Marvin), Nancy Foulke (Wayne) and Gerald Gray; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Hayden, Jimmy McIntire, Norman Dameron and Virgil Rush (Tuffy).
She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia McIntire of Corona, CA, Janice Dameron and Mary Gray of Beloit, KS; and her children, Cindy Motes (Danny), Pat Stanton (Rick) of Monett, MO, Barbara Hayden of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Karen Havel of Phoenix, AZ, Dawna West, Sandy Gerber (Ted), Ginger Rose, David Hayden, Tim Hayden, Larry Hayden (Vicki), Tracy Hayden and Troy Hayden (Sarah Smith-Barton). She is also survived by 35 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
Memorials may be given to Solomon Valley Hospice, Boost Ministries, or the Beloit Methodist Church.
