He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Gee and Corrine Gee (Simpson); and his siblings, Tony Gee and Rugene Goodnight. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gee; his sons, Brandon (Heather Gee) of Derby and Brian (Kasey Gee) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Baylee (Landon Spillman) of Derby, Shea (Jack Dugan) of Derby, Quentin (Aubrey Gee) of Oklahoma City, OK, Braxton Bigley, Brooks Gee and Brynlee Gee of Wichita; and his great grandchildren, Carter Shea Spillman and Greyson Troy Spillman of Derby.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Kansas Honor Flight, 401 W. First Avenue, Hutchinson, Kansas 67501.
