He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Church and Ruth Church of Newton; his wife Jana; his children, Paxton and Autumn; his sister Sarah Garver (Josh); his sibling's children, Mia and Caylee; his uncles, Gary Church (Denise), Robert Derksen (Debra) of Iowa and Roger Derksen (Sara) of Texas; and his aunt Debbie Church of Newton.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Grace Crossing Church (111 Cole St, Moundridge, KS 67107).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
