He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Nelson and Ellen Nelson; his spouse Elmarie Lasley; and his siblings, Melvin, Martin, Harry, Irene, Esther and Lucille.
He is survived by : his daughters, Carla Richter (Milt) and Aline Phillips (Reg); and his grandchildren, Shawn Phillips (Katie), Dru Phillips (Kelly), Amber Edwards (Andy) and Erin Schoonover (Trevor). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
