She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Vogt and Laverna Vogt; her stepmothers, Arlene and Bernice; and her brothers, Lyle and David.
She is survived by: her husband Rob Cotter; her children, Tom (Meghan), Katrina (Jake) and Jay; her grandsons, Fred and Cole; and her sister Darcy (John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (307 W 13th St, Goodland, KS 67735). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (1009 Jackson St, Yankton, SD 57078).
