He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Dorn, and Laura B. Dorn, Sr. (Pafford); and his siblings, Diana Dorn, Daniel Dorn, Jr. and Donald Lee Dorn.
He is survived by: his wife Dee Dorn (Riegel) of Goodland; his children, Jessica Dinkel (Jeff) of Goodland, Michael Dorn (Cortney) of Goodland, Chris Dorn (Crystal) of La Crosse and Josh Dorn (Delanie) of Goodland; his grandchildren, Natalie (Dillon), Kaden (Makayla), Isaiah, Adelynn, Bentley, Elsie, Luke, Hattie, Pierce, Malynn, Caleb, Braden, Aaliyah, Keyfyr, Jayce, Dallynn, Suri, Trinity, Weston, Justin, Cheyenne, Jacob, Katie, Cash and Sage; and his great grandchildren, Redley and Sutton.
