He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Dorn, and Laura B. Dorn, Sr. (Pafford); and his siblings, Diana Dorn and Daniel Dorn, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother David Dorn (Dee) of Goodland; his niece Jessica Dinkel (Jeff); and his nephews, Michael Dorn (Courtney) of Goodland Kansas, Chris Dorn (Crystal) of La Crosse and Josh Dorn (Delanie) of Goodland.
