He is survived by: his parents, Duane J. Johnson and Betty Ann Johnson (Kulzer) of Gwinner, ND; his wife Dawn Johnson; his children, Amy Holman of Sterling, CO and Matt Johnson (Marci) of Goodland, KS; his stepchildren, Jennifer Anderson (Josh) of Moorhead, MN, Shane Murphy (Aneta) of Palmer, AK and Bridget Bohn (Jeremiah) of Lisbon, ND.; his grandchildren, Dylan, Bode, Cooper, Taylor, John, Clodagh and Iver; and his siblings, Sandy Hanson (Arlen), Michael Johnson, Justin Johnson (Kristal) and Christopher Johnson. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
