She was predeceased by: her sons, Anthony and Adam Amack. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Amack of Goodland, KS; her siblings, Cindy Felzien of Wheeler, KS and Chuck Felzien of Atwood, KS; and her grandchildren, Anna, Jacob, Ronny and Terry.
