He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Smith and Luella Smith (McIntyre); his grandparents, John, Cora Smith, Walter and Florence McIntyre; and his sister Brenda Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Curtis Smith (Jo) of Ponca City, OK, Corey Smith (Loretta) of Weskan, KS and Cindy Reinert (Shawn); his stepdaughters, Toni Adams (Steve) of Salina, KS and Shanadi Chamberlain (Clint) of Maize, KS; and his siblings' children, Darren Smith, Devon Smith (Wendy), Hayden Reinert (Myka), Denee Elfeldt (Jay) and Jenna Reinert. He is also survived by great-nephews and nieces and many extended family members and friends.
