He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Frerichs and Thelma Frerichs (Biggs); his brother William R. Frerichs; his grandson Brock William Frerichs; and also, Donald and Jeanne Harding.
He is survived by: his wife LaDona Frerichs; his children, Bret Frerichs (Jennifer) of Goddard, KS and Malissa Sloan (Darren White) of Broomfield, CO; his grandchildren, Brady Frerichs (Kylie), Brendan Frerichs (Brianna Lorenz), Jett Sloan, Riley, Molly and Maddux Welner; and his brother-in-law Ronald K. Harding.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Koons-Russell Funeral Home - Goodland (211 N Main Ave, Goodland, KS 67735). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Christian Church E 8th (711 Arcade St, Goodland, KS 67735). A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Goodland Cemetery (510 N Main Ave, Goodland, KS 67735).
Memorial contributions may be designated to the First Christian Church or to Boy Scouts Troop 142 and may be left at the services or mailed to Koons-Russell Funeral Home, 211 N. Main Ave, Goodland KS 67735.
