He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis F. Collins and Mae G. (Carmichael); and his sisters, Joann Collins and Donna Armstrong. He is survived by: his friends, Kim and JJ Margheim of Goodland. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
