John H. Ashby Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John H. Ashby of Grantville, Kansas, who passed away on May 14, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John H. Ashby to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Ashby and Zoe Ashby (Fields); and his wife Mary Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Schrock (Darren) of Buhler, KS and Tammy "Tam" Ashby of Overland Park, KS; his granddaughters, Madison Schrock and Sydney Schrock; and his close friend Jan Davis.
