She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Galyardt and Ida Galyardt (Voos); her brother Dave; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Galyardt and LeRoy Keil.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Barr (Blaine) of Great Bend and Christi Penka (Matt) of Great Bend; her grandchildren, Anthony Barr (Nicole), Brandon Barr, Brittany Esfeld (Shane), Alex Barr (Jenna), Lauren Griffitts (Patrick), Blake Penka (Ashley Hammes) and Dru Penka; and her siblings, Donita Keil of Great Bend, Vonnie Johnston of Fountain Valley, California and Jerry Galyardt of La Jolla, California. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
