It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Russell Parmer of Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gussie Parmer and Esther Parmer (Jordan); his wife Carolyn Sue Hopper; and his siblings, Branton Parmer and Alice Jeanette Lee.
He is survived by : his children, Sheldon Parmer (Tammy) of Austin, Texas and Sonya Rein (J. D.) of Great Bend; his grandchildren, Ali Doyle (Michael), Thomas Rein (Meghan) and Sagan Johnson (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Myla Rein and Bowie Johnson.
