He is survived by: his children, Mark Chalfant (Tammy) of Andover and Cindy Hubbell (Steve) of Spearville; his grandchildren, Drew Hubbell (Ashley), Sarah Connelly (Blake), Jeff Hubbell (Uriah), Tara Moppin (Travis) and Matt Chalfant (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Avery, Landree, Briley Hubbell, Addilyn, Anna, Sean Connelly, Mason, Landon Hubbell, Oliver Moppin and John Chalfant; and his siblings, Wendell Chalfant (Judy) of Hutchinson and Ruth Herman (Jim) of Great Bend. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
