She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Seeney and Murtle Seeney (Laubaugh); her husband William H. Harper, Sr.; her daughter Lori Ann Schussler; her siblings, Raymond Seeney, Dave Seeney, Ruth Chance, Josephine Monty, Waunita Johnson, Virginia Hensler and Irene Seeney; and her grandson Thomas Jeffrey Harper.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" H. Harper, Jr. (Robin) of Oak Harbor, Wash, Robert "Bob" L. Harper (Pam) of McPherson and Glenda Taylor (George) of Mills, Wyo.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and many friends.
