He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Rowe and Pat Rowe (Sumner); and his brother Robert "Bob" Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Jo Melton; his children, Stacy Bouse (Jarrod) of Great Bend and Marc Rowe (Lynea) of Great Bend; his grandchildren, Cayden Bouse, Clinton Bouse, Melanie Bouse, Allie Rowe, Trenton Rowe and Trevor Rowe; his siblings, Bill Rowe (Brenda) of Great Bend and Kris Smolik (Ken) of Great Bend; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Rowe of Enid, Oklahoma.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Black Walnut Event Venue (292 NE 10 Ave, Great Bend, KS 67530).
