He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Rowe; his son Scott Rowe; and his siblings, Billy Rowe, Lawrence Rowe, Daisy Harvey and Ruth Lisenby.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Rowe of Salina; and his stepsons, Kenny Appleby and Domanic Henry Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (1425 S Patton Rd, Great Bend, KS 67530). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
