He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Thompson (Teri) of Elk City, Okla, Jack T. Dunn, III (Jennifer) of Eudora, Kan, Michael Dunn (Cathy) of Leavenworth and Dusty Davis (Dusty) of Ennis, Tex.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
