He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ruble and Opal Ruble (McClane); his brother Dean; his sister-in-law Natalie Ruble; and his nephew Kirt Ruble.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Esfeld (Jeremy Long) of Great Bend and Larry James "Jimmy" Ruble (Kimberly) of Onalaska, Texas; his grandchildren, Brent James Esfeld of Great Bend, Karly Esfeld of Great Bend, Tyler James Ruble (Mystique) of Conroe, Josh Guthrie (Brenda) of New Castle and Crysti Flores (Johnathan) of Onalaska, Texas; his great grandchildren, Jason Flores, Eli Flores, Evelyn Guthrie and Reese Ruble; his niece Kim Hekele (Mike) of Odin; and his great-nephews, Jason (Ashley Hekele), Jacob Hekele, Caleb Hekele (Katy), Jeff Ruble (Jessica) and Tim Ruble (Kelsie).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (1425 S Patton Rd, Great Bend, KS 67530). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
