He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Roscoe Tuey, Sr. and Linda Tuey Gilmore (Woodard); and his sister Dyanna Wilson. He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Kelso (Shannon) of Great Bend, Joe Ray of Chase, Ricky Ray of Great Bend, Roxie Bowman of Stewartsville, Teresa Wilson of Great Bend, Darlene Case of Great Bend and Tammy Piland (Scotty) of Great Bend. He is also survived by three children; and many nieces and nephews.
