He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Ball and Blanche Ball (Crawford). He is survived by: his wife Lois Fletcher; his children, Tom Ball (Mary) of Shawnee and Jacque Newland (Jason) of Olathe; his grandsons, Alex Newland and Sebastian Newland; and his siblings, Bob Ball of Inman, Rex Ball of Hays, Ron Ball of Colby and Shari McCabe (Perry) of McPherson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been designated to the Golden Belt Community Foundation, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
