We announce the death of Richard Duckworth Johnson (Great Bend, Kansas), who passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 98. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Johnson and Martha Johnson (Duckworth); his granddaughter Jordin Johnson; and his siblings, Gregory Johnson, David Johnson, John Johnson and Diane Weil.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Glick; his children, Christine D. Dickerson (Kevin) of Riley, Stacy L. Murphy (Jeff) of Cape Coral, Florida and Ted L. Johnson (Elaine) of Riley; and his grandchildren, Dannielle Dickerson, Dawson Dickerson, Zachary Murphy, Sydney Murphy and Elizabeth Stewart (Justin Barnard). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
