He is survived by: his son Brandon Petty (Megan) of Olathe; his grandchildren, Avery Petty of Olathe and Cade Petty of Olathe; his brother Michael Petty of Crest Hill, Illinois; his siblings-in-law, Rod Bailey (Martha) of Simpsonville, Larry Bailey (Toni) of Fisher, Kevin Bailey (Aileen) of Leavenworth, Alice Neidhart (Paul) of Naperville, Dianna Allison (Greg) of Great Bend and Jackie Bailey of Giddings, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Petty of Vernon Hills, Erin Baldree of Manhattan, Shala Flory of Ft. Collins, Mallory Perez of Great Bend, Nathan Bailey of Simpsonville, Brice Bailey of Ft. Collins, Chris Neidhart of Downers Grove and Tyler Allison of Great Bend.
