He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry "Tom" Sr. and Kathleen "Dixie" Elffner (Dixon); and his brother Charles "Chuck" Elffner. He is survived by: his brother Robert "Topper" Elffner (Jan) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his nephew Charlie Elffner (Jaimie) of Omaha, Nebraska.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (1425 S Patton Rd, Great Bend, KS 67530). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (4100 Broadway Ave, Great Bend, KS 67530). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Graceland Cemetery.
