It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Veramae Pauline Henre of Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Boxberger and Pauline Boxberger (Funk); her husband Zarah Prescription Shop; and her brothers, Wilmer Boxberger and Richard Boxberger.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Lance of Olathe and Roger Henre of Wichita; her brother Gerald Boxberger (Shirley) of Russell; her grandchildren, Kyle Lance and Kelsey Valdez (Jose); and her great grandchildren, Skylinn Lance, Aiden Valdez and Calvin Valdez.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested memorials be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church or the Great Bend Zoological Society, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
