Wilma Steadman Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Wilma Steadman of Great Bend, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Wilma left this world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob "Jake" Steitz and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Steitz (Wilhelm); her husband Bill Gene Steadman; her daughter Kathy Fisher; her granddaughter Terra Helm; her great grandchild Samuel Storm; and her siblings, Victor Steitz, Reinhold Steitz, Eberhardt Steitz, Leland Steitz, Maynard Steitz, Vernita Healzer, Leona Keil and Ruby Shank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Livingston (Bob) of Derby and Becky Foos (Eric) of Brownell, Kan.; her grandchildren, Joshua Helm, Nicole Fehrenbach (Shane), Adam Watkins (Caitlyn), Aaron Watkins, Bryan Watkins, Troy Grandy (Adrianna) and Geena Storm (Jaylin); and her sister-in-law Mary Steitz of La Crosse. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (1425 S Patton Rd, Great Bend, KS 67530). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (2701 24th St, Great Bend, KS 67530).
