He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hermreck and Florine Hermreck (Lickteig); his nephew Jason Smith; and his pet Cracker. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Hermreck (Donna) of Scipio, Timothy Hermreck of Baldwin, Pauline Sherman (Richard) of Lawrence, Louise Smith (Kenneth) of Ottawa, Alvin Hermreck of Greeley and Cindy Hermreck of Lawrence, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Cemetery (31587 NE Utah Rd, Greeley, KS 66033).
