He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Edward Williams and Jessie Rochelle Parks. He is survived by: his wife Erma Joyce Titus; his children, Rita and Leslie Williams; and his siblings, Mary Mangold, Nancy Walker and Bob Williams. He is also survived by his two children: five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
