He is survived by: his son Joe O'Connor of Linn Valley, Kansas; his grandchildren, Darrell "Cain" O'Connor of Hume, Alexa, Krya and Taj of Altoona, Kansas; his sisters, Pat Mosher, Terry Cain and Linda Newman; and his brother-in-law Don Newman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Garnett, Kansas.
