She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Dolezal and Velma Dolezal (Hamil); her brother Dale Dolezal; and her grandson Jude Larson. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Denise, Tammy, Amy Larson (Terry) and Jeffery; her grandchildren, Jordan (Bonnie), Lily, Alexy, Summer, Rondre, Madison, Avery, Annie and Zane; and her sister Judy Kappel (George). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
