He was predeceased by : his parents, Randall Libby and Jean Libby; and his brother-in-law Larry Newberry. He is survived by : his wife Helen Deibert of Fellsburg; his children, Travis Libby (Angelique) of Haviland, Chandra Francis (Matt) of Fellsburg, Kimberly Blass (Daryl) of Belpre and Angelina Torres (Hector) of Fellsburg; his grandchildren, Rosalee Libby, Lucinda Libby, Kelsi Bender (Jace), Eli Francis, Blaiz Libby, Secylla Blass (Jonah), Brady Blass, Camron Torres, Samuel Torres, Esmeralda Torres and Grace Torres; and his sister Deanna Newberry of Hays. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and countless cousins.
