He is survived by: his parents, Laura Anderson (Nathan) and Randy Condit; his siblings, Tia Meridith, Kalin Meridith (Stormy) and Ashtyn Wells (Scott); his nephew Lennon SanMiguel; his aunts and uncles, Sterling Condit (Stephanie), Lisa Meridith (Bill Wolf) and Brian Meridith; his cousins, Brendan Auzat, Jenna Pugh (Mason), Dray Meridith (Keelie), Brittin Downing and Elizabeth Meridith; and his pet Mya.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
