John Albert Reed Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2025, at the age of 80, John Albert Reed of Hamilton, Kansas, born in El Dorado, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaney Cecil "Red" and Pauline Olive Reed (Crabtree); his children, Mark Reed, Matthew Reed, Chrysta Lee and Katherine Bessie Reed; and his siblings, Paul Reed, Melvin Reed and Camilla Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann McKenzie; his daughter Natalie Reed of Shawnee, Kansas; and his siblings, Ruth Onions of Kansas City, Kansas and Marion Reed of Council Bluffs, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Fidelity Lodge #108 or to Mirza Temple.
