He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Arellano, Jessica Arellano and Joseph Emilio Arellano; his siblings, J. P. Arellano, Mary Martinez of Garden City, Vickie Marroquin of Garden City, Dolores M. Gonzalez of Garden City and Virginia Encinias of Garden City; and his grandchildren, Sergio Rodriguez, Emilio J. Rodriguez, Ezekiel J. Rodriguez, Joseph E. Arellano, Gabriel B. Arellano, Brianna L. Arellano Lailajo R. and Eihanaie A. Rodriguez.
