It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Lyn Rieth of Hanover, Kansas, who passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McIntyre and Lila Belle McIntyre (Gurney); her husband Gary of John's Catholic Church; her brothers, Michael McIntyre and Mickey McIntyre; Billy Weier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angel (Kim Lohse) and Jamie (Doug Schulte); her pet Dolly; her grandchildren, Trey Lohse (Allison Jueneman), Tianna (Jace Schaefer) of Fairbury, NE, Tessa Lohse, Lane (Chase McCain) of West Fork, AR and Eli Schulte of Platte City, MO; her great grandchildren, Millie Schaefer and Murphy McCain; and her brother Randy McIntyre of Fairbury, NE.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (100 Church St, Hanover, KS 66945).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is established and will be designated later by the family.
