He is survived by: his children, Eric Thomas of Kingman, AZ, Gena Farr (Dale) of Hanston, KS, Faith Shaffer (Dehaven) of Kingman, AZ and Jamie Bush (Gary) of Lemoyne, NE; and his sisters, Anita Thomas of Joplin, MO, Donna Lawrence of Carl Junction, MO and Becky Moyer of Baxter Springs, KS. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
