With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bob Mellott of Harper, Kansas, born in Sterling, Kansas, who passed away on August 20, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlen Dennis Mellott and Joyce Maxine Clark (Kenneth); his brother Jimmy Mellott; and his great grandchild Laken Seyb. He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Anne Burnell (Brandon) and Julie Jo Mellott; his wife Margaret Anne "Marnie" Cheatum; his stepmother Rachel Mellott; his siblings, Carolyn McClaflin (Dallas) and Tommy Mellott (Angela); his son Tim Seyb; his grandchildren, Dalton Seyb (Callie), Miranda Reida (Steven McMillen), Alissa Mellott, Madison Reida (James Elder) and Karson Burnell; and his great grandchildren, Koda Seyb, Carter Mellott, Memphis Seyb and Everlee McMillen.
